Codes you made keep scanning after you stop paying, and they always go where you set them. If we ever have to shut down, we will tell you at least 12 months ahead.
Questions people ask
Do codes made on the Free plan expire?
No. Plain codes and editable codes both keep scanning.
What happens to printed codes if I stop paying?
They keep scanning. You just cannot change the link on editable codes beyond the Free limit.
Do bank apps still read a PromptPay code with a logo?
Yes. We test-scan every code before you download it. To be extra safe, put the logo above the code instead of in the middle.
Does the money go through you?
No. The money goes straight to your account. We only make the code.
