Can I cancel?

Any time from Billing. It takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Can I get a refund?

A full refund within 7 days of your first payment. Just email us.

How can I pay?

Scan a PromptPay QR with your banking app, monthly or yearly; the amount fills in by itself. Tell us once you have paid and we switch your plan on. Nothing is charged automatically, and we email you before a period ends.

Do I get a receipt?

Yes, for every payment. Download it in the app; we email it too.
